CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE WEBSITE

Use of the Website
ALMAG SPA ("ALMAG") authorises the viewing, downloading and printing of materials contained in the WWW.ALMAG.IT (the "Site"), including the graphic layout of the Site solely for the purpose of using the Site as an internal business resource or for personal use, and not for profit, in compliance with existing intellectual property rights on the materials contained in the Site (including images, illustrations, graphics, animations, videos, texts, icons, drawings and writings, etc.) for the benefit of ALMAG or other company owners companies that hold such rights.
Consultation of the Site and the downloading of any type of material or support implies the acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below. Otherwise, we invite you not to use this Site. The downloading of particular documents or use some Services, may require the acceptance of further specific conditions.
Such materials including product catalogues and price lists may be modified at any time without notice at the discretion of ALMAG, which, even while engaging resources for this purpose, shall not undertake any obligation of updating materials present on the Site. Information supplied on the Site may make reference to products, programmes or services that are not available in the country of the user. In any case, the user shall be obliged to consult the local subsidiary or distributor of ALMAG using the special "contact" list provided on the Site in order to obtain information on the products, programs or services available to the specific user. The name and logo "ALMAG" are registered trademarks of ALMAG or Group of companies to which ALMAG belongs. Any modification of the materials on the Site, their copying, reproduction, publication, and distribution for commercial purposes or on another website or computer network shall be prohibited. Any use of materials on another website or on the computer network without the prior written authorisation of ALMAG is also forbidden.
ALMAG will not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the materials published on the Site. In case of violation of whatever provision of these Conditions of Use, the authorization to the use of the Site will automatically be revoked by ALMAG and all materials downloaded or printed by the user will be immediately destroyed. ALMAG and its authorising entities reserves all intellectual property rights not expressly provided for in these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Protection of Databases
The website structure developed by ALMAG contains a set of databases which, according to the choice or disposition of the materials, still constitutes an intellectual creation belonging to ALMAG or to any third-party companies that granted license to ALMAG and, therefore, is protected according to L. Decree No. 169 dated 6.5.1999.

User Communications
Except for personal information and data, the disclosure of which to ALMAG is governed by privacy laws, any material, information or data that is transmitted or stored on the site will be considered not confidential and not subject to any right of exclusivity or other limitation of use. Therefore, ALMAG shall be free, together with its representatives to utilize such materials, information and data for any purpose, including commercial ones. It is prohibited to transmit to and deposit on the Site or in the databases accessed by it, material that is illegal, intimidating, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or otherwise infringing any applicable law.

Links
Creation of links to the Site is allowed subject to compliance with the following conditions: the link to the Site will be permitted with the prior authorization of ALMAG from time to time, but not the copying of material contained therein for commercial purposes. No browser environments or frames can be created around the contents of the Site ("framing"). Linking, unless with prior authorisation by ALMAG, shall not mean even indirectly, the existence of any authorisation or approval of ALMAG in favour of third-party products or services. Any relationship or rapport with ALMAG must never be expressed or implied. No false information should be presented regarding ALMAG products and services. The use of the ALMAG logo and trademarks is prohibited without the express permission of ALMAG. The Link must not contain or lead to any material that may be considered in bad taste, offensive or controversial and should be suitable for viewing by users of any age. The linking should always be carried out only on the Site’s Home Page and only with the prior written consent of ALMAG to other pages of the Site. The origin of the Link should not be made by using the name, logo or any other distinctive sign of ALMAG, except when this is expressly authorised and regulated by a specific license agreement with ALMAG.
Links to Other Web Sites
Eventual links to third-party websites present on the Site are exclusively provided for the user's convenience. Use of the links implies the abandonment of the Site. ALMAG has not verified the linked third-party sites, does not control them, and is not responsible for their contents. ALMAG therefore assumes no responsibility for those sites, or for any information, software, functionality, product or material contained therein, or for whatever results that may be obtained from the use thereof. In so far as the user decides to access any of the sites of the third party linked to the Site, it is understood therefore that it will be done under his/her own exclusive responsibility and at his/her own risk.
Site Security
It is prohibited to violate or attempt to violate the security features of the ALMAG site in whatever manner, for example (1) accessing data not intended for the user or logging into a server or account which the user is not authorized to access; (2) attempting to probe, examine or test the vulnerability of the system or of a network or to violate security or authentication measures, except in cases of express authorization from ALMAG; and (3) attempting to interfere with the service offered to users, host computers or networks, for example, by spreading viruses on the Site, overloading the system, sending massive amounts of data, etc. By using the Site, the user accepts with this agreement to refrain from using any device, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or smart agents) other than the search engine, search agents available on the Site, and web browsers used (E.g. Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Explorer, Opera) to visit or interact with the Site.

Responsibility
The contents of the ALMAG Site and the features offered through it are provided "as is." In no case, therefore, shall ALMAG or any third party mentioned on the Site or on the website to which there exists a link from the ALMAG Site, be responsible in any way to the user or third parties for damages of whatever kind arising from the use or the impossibility of use of the Site or any other linked site, or of the materials or information contained therein, including guarantees of rights or implicit guarantees of suitability for particular purposes, or related to interruption of commercial activity or damage to the reputation. All this is done without prejudice to the norms of laws in force in Italy.
The user should also take note further that the processing of data within the services and their transmission including their contents, may include the use of other networks and systems and the need for ALMAG to make changes to the services in order to conform or adapt them to the technical specifications of the connection standards of their own networks, equipment and connection programs. In this regard, the user should recognize that ALMAG may modify the general rules of use of the services at any time and at its sole discretion without any obligation of compensation.

Applicable law
The Site is be managed by ALMAG from its Italian headquarters, and related services are directed to users residing in Italy. ALMAG shall assume no responsibility with regard to the fact that the materials present on the Site may be object of use outside of the Italian Republic. The connection to the Site by users belonging to countries outside Italy shall be carried out under the exclusive responsibility of the user, who will directly assume whatever responsibility deriving from the application of laws other than the Italian law, to which, in any case, compliance shall be required.
These Conditions of Use are governed by Italian law. ALMAG reserves the right to modify these at any time without prior notice.
By using the Website, the user automatically accepts to be bound by the Conditions in force at the time of use and to have to periodically consult the present online document as well as the operating instructions mentioned above for the use of the site, and to know the most current updated version applicable to the users of the Site at that time. Any amendment made to the current personal data processing practices shall be made known in this document without obligation of prior notice.
Any dispute related to the application of these Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Brescia.
