S.p.A. as Data Controller (hereinafter the “Data Controller") wishes to inform the person who accesses this Official Page ("User") about the subjects who process their data, as well as about the purposes and rights that may be exercised following interaction with the "Platform" owned by LinkedIn Corporation and/or its subsidiary LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (hereinafter only "LinkedIn").

Data processing carried out jointly by A.L.M.A.G. S.p.A. and LinkedIn
By accessing and interacting with this Official Page, the User shares with the Data Controller and LinkedIn - even if not registered with the Platform - a series of information that can be qualified as "personal data" within the meaning of the GDPR. With regard to the management activities of the Official Page (private messages, statistics, the Data Controller acts autonomously while using the tools made available by the Platform. The Data Controller also receives statistics from LinkedIn about the use of its page: for example, may be provided to the Data Controller information about follower, range, number of interactions on a post, ad performance and demographics. Users can always actively hide their 'Recommend' or delete the 'Follow/Follow' from the page via LinkedIn settings. Users’ profile will no longer be listed as fans of this page. Data processing carried out by LinkedIn as autonomous Data Controller
For all processing carried out by LinkedIn as an autonomous Data Controller (e.g. profiling for purposes other than those related to the management of this Official Page and/or the Data Controller’s activities), the User may refer to the Privacy Policy prepared by the platform and available at the following link:

In relation to these activities, the Data Controller has no role or access to or display of data (neither in personal nor in aggregate or statistical form), and therefore the User is invited to refer exclusively to LinkedIn Corporation.
